Kevin Klein of International Insulation Contractors, Inc. (IIC).

Kevin Klein has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and a licensed General Contractor for eight years prior to establishing IIC. Working with new construction or remodeling, Klein saw the need to address the northern elements resulting in mold and moisture issues. Spray foam insulation resolves many issues faced by home owners and builders alike:

We build our homes and additions as tight as we can to control winter drafts and loss of conditioned air. As we do this, Moisture is trap moving in the walls formed from condensation. Most contractors worry about the rotting and mold that can occur on a structures framing. Spray foam insulation eliminates or greatly reduces these concerns. It is the future of building practices and is anticipated to become part of building code requirements.
